We keep the process simple and straightforward. Most landscaping projects start with a phone call or website inquiry. From there, we schedule a site visit, often quickly if you are nearby. At the visit, we assess the property, take photos, review the space, and talk through your goals, materials, and budget.

After that, we send an emailed estimate, usually within 1 to 2 days. If you are ready to move forward, we schedule the work on weekdays and complete the project based on the scope of the job. Once the work is done, we typically send the invoice within a day after completion and collect payment after the job is finished.

What we do not offer

We believe it is better to be clear about what we do and do not do. At this time, we do not install irrigation or sprinkler systems. We also do not install artificial turf, and we do not currently build water features. Our focus is on quality landscape installs, softscaping, drainage solutions, and outdoor projects where we can deliver strong results with a hands-on approach.

We prefer payment by cash or check. We can also accept credit cards through QuickBooks with a 3% fee, and debit cards with no fee.
